Anyone who knows me can say for sure that I love rich, flavorful food. Nothing hits the spot better than something that's full of flavor, character or tells a story. But what to eat late at night, especially on a full moon?

  • Peanut Butter & Jelly. Strawberry jelly, that is. Or any special fruity jelly. Things like apricots, strawberries and marionberry jelly and preserves are among my favorites to spread over wheat bread, squished together with fresh peanut butter. And for that perfect extra crunch, try spreading some Rice Crispies over it! You'll be surprised just how yummy it is.
  • Ramen & Eggs. A good friend of mine turned me onto this. It's really good, really hearty, but probably not something you should eat every day because of the salt from the flavor packet. But right after I finish draining the noodles, I'll crack an egg in, and add the flavoring, mixing it. Generally if you have good pans that hold heat, the egg will cook slowly until you feel like plopping it out. I prefer having mine half cooked, and using the Oriental flavoring.
  • Coffee-mug Cake. Yep, you heard me. The recipe for this can be found here, at a forum I frequent for my crafts. This is easy to make, and tastes delicious! Just make sure you clean your microwave beforehand, or that teriyaki you heated up earlier that exploded will come back to haunt you.

What's your favorite eats? :)
